Refund and fulfillment note
Current status first, then the rules that apply once payments are switched on.
Current status
Checkout is live and handled by Stripe. Memberships activate on successful payment and can be cancelled any time from billing management in your member portal. Refund requests for merchandise follow the rules below. Sales tax is not calculated or collected.
Membership billing
Plans are Foundation $9/month, Builder $19/month, Legacy $49/month. Membership is month to month, cancel any time, and access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Annual plans are billed once for twelve months.
Membership refunds
If you are charged in error, or you cancel within 7 days of a first payment and have not downloaded premium resources, email us and we refund that payment. After that, cancel and you are not billed again.
Merchandise
Prices are Foundation Tee $28, Concrete Hoodie $55, CM Crown Cap $25, Stay Concrete Bottle $24, Built Different Band $8. Items are produced to order. Unworn, unwashed items can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery. Faulty or wrong items are replaced at our cost with a photo.
How to ask
Email concretemotivation444@gmail.com with your order number or account email. We do not ask for your card number and you should never send it.
